InsideView is a software as a service (SaaS) company that gleans insights and relationships from business information, contact data, online news, and social media and customer CRM data. InsideView is used by marketing, sales, and account management teams in identifying and gathering information on customers.
Satmetrix introduced the concept of Net Promoter or Net Promoter Score (NPS), a management tool that can be used to gauge the loyalty of a firm’s customer relationships. DarkSquare worked closely with Satmetrix to refresh their brand and website and continues to provide ongoing design support for their marketing needs.
