Designing an AI-Powered Virtual Assistant
InRule utilized ChatGPT to create their own AI assistant for streamlining the deployment of automated decisions. This assistant allows users to create and modify schemas, workflows, and more through a simple chat. InRule recognized that the fastest way to express human thought is through language, and wanted to give their users the power to automate at the speed of thought. They utilized DarkSquare to create a character that would encapsulate these ideas and give this virtual assistant a personality of its own.
Bringing a Character to Life
DarkSquare worked closely with the InRule team to discover exactly what sort of character was needed for this role. The result was a careful balance between approachability and friendliness, while still being knowledgeable and serious enough to align with the InRule brand archetype. After extensive discovery and exploration of a variety of characters, “Alfie” the owl emerged as the best candidate for the job.
We were ultimately blown away by the final design of Alfie. He is everything we hoped for and perfectly embodies the spirit of our Generative AI offering. DarkSquare’s creativity and expertise helped us create a brand character that will truly resonate with our customers.
