Event Presence that Captivates
Shelf is an industry leader in the knowledge automation solution space. They were attending this year’s Customer Contact Week (CCW) in Las Vegas and needed a presence and giveaways that attracted leads to their booth while speaking to their brand and the services that they provided. DarkSquare worked with them to create both in a way that tied all of these pieces together in a memorable and impactful way.

Bringing the Product and the Event Conceptually Together
DarkSquare worked closely with the Shelf team to conceptualize both a space that spoke to the predictive nature of the product, the Las Vegas theme, and the Shelf brand (specifically their logo) and link all of these elements together. The result was a playing card theme that evolved into a custom branded deck of cards and the card designs translated to the booth graphics. Printed informational material was created to inform customers about the range of products that they offered, custom decks of branded playing cards were given to every attendee, and we were able to help them contract and instal a fortune telling, Zoltar Machine to extend the theme further with a fun game with giveaways at their location at the event.

Keepsakes Attendees Keep
DarkSquare helped Shelf steal the show. They were the talk of the event as having the most fun attraction and most attractive booth design and giveaways at the event. They were able to meet and exceed their lead generation expectations at the event extend that effort beyond the conference as attendees bring home a fun and useful keepsake with Shelf branding featured prominently on every card.
DarkSquare helped us tie our brand with the theme of the CCW event in a powerful way. Their design work and creative ideas made us a hit at the conference and the memorable take home ideas they helped us with will keep attendees thinking about us.
